Taryn is a Partner at Rampersand with a decade of experience investing in and advising startups and businesses on capital raising and strategic growth. She joined Rampersand in 2020 and has been driving its investment efforts, most recently leading the $7 million seed round into AI-powered jobs marketplace Hatch.

Before joining Rampersand, Taryn was an investment manager for the Light Warrior Group and an associate at Goldman Sachs in the investment banking division in London and Sydney. Taryn has a broad range of experience, including working on the US Venture investment for Campaign Monitor in 2014, the merger of AB InBev and SABMiller, and investing in early-stage startups across the consumer and technology spaces.​​
