Jax Liu is the Head of Southeast Asia at Qapita, where he leads sales, operations, and strategic initiatives across the region. As one of the company’s earliest team members, Jax helped shape Qapita’s equity management platform from the ground up and has advised hundreds of startups on designing and implementing equity compensation plans across multiple jurisdictions. He's also part of Qapita Founders Office where he was instrumental in 5 rounds of fund raise amounting close to USD 50mn and 2 successful acquisitions. He brings deep expertise in equity plan structuring, investor relations, and the intersection of finance, human resource and technology.
