As the Head of Innovation & FinTech at Westpac, he leads the Westpac Growth Lab, the bank's R&D arm dedicated to providing insights into emerging technologies. Nick is also the AI Product Owner, responsible for the AI Accelerator and leading Westpac's generative AI work.
