Shelley Laslett is the CEO and Co-Founder of Vitae. Vitae takes neuroscience out of the lab and into the workplace to help people grow themselves and their businesses. Shelley is a scientist (MSc, Applied Neuroscience), venture builder, fractional leader, startup advisor and leadership coach.

She’s also a guest lecturer with UTS, teaching on entrepreneurship and innovation and is a mentor for CSIRO’s innovation and acceleration programs, helping researchers to validate and commercialise their big ideas into industry changing realities.

Previously, Shelley worked as a General Manager and Director of P&C for local startups and global scaleups. Prior to entering the startup ecosystem, Shelley was an international strategy and innovation consultant with Accenture UK. Throughout her career she has worked with a number of companies to help them

change, grow and bring their new ideas to life.
